Bad, bad morning

This morning has been very eventful at the Peterson house. First, I left the sugar out this morning (I had to add some to my Rice Krispies), bad move. I was talking on the phone & saw Caleb hiding in the corner with a big bowl of none other than SUGAR. And yes it got every where! Then I put Brody in his jumper, walked out of the room & ran back in when I heard him screaming. My sweet (very sarcastic) boys tipped the whole thing over & he was hanging out of the seat with one foot stuck. Of course they were hiding. After a tense moment, I put them in their room & a couple minutes later heard water running in the bathroom. I ran in there-bubbles were every where, soaking towels, marker all over their arms & markers in the toilet!!!! Not to mention they dumped the humidifier water ALL over!!! HELP ME & its only like 10:00 am! I thought my boys were too old to do this kind of stuff! I need to get out of the house!

Boys...I thought I wanted all boys because I grew up with all brothers. Boy was I wrong! Now that I have one and see the difference between the sexes I think I may pray for the rest to be girls, even if they are very dramatic:) At least they don't try to kill themselves EVERYDAY and ruin EVERTHING in sight...Sorry about your morning!

Glad to hear I'm not the only one having a bad day already.....took my boys to the mall to try and do a little shopping, Brodie hurt a kid at the play place, then diareahed? his pants on the drive home and got it all over his car seat while Griffy was screaming because he didn't want to be in the car...then 2 times when they had both fallen asleep finally the door bell rang and woke them both up! LOVE being a mom some days :)

I can relate to ya. I have 2. (thankfully only one is old enough to do damage) but I have had days just like that. One imparticular was a few days after Conner was born and we had just gotten home and i was in the kitchen making breakfast (conner in the bouncer) and I hear this "ah, ah, ah" sound coming from the family room, I rush in there and Coltin is bouncing the bouncer like no tomorrow. I thought I was going to die. people say it only gets better. hang in there girl. You can do it. If we lived so much closer I wuold tell you to bring them to my house and I'd watch them for a few hours for ya, so you could get away.

Man, what a crazy morning. I haven't had one of those for a long time, thank goodness. I'm sure I will once I have two little guys running around. I hope you got a little break before the day was over.

Ha ha ha, oh man how funny. Sorry Katie, it cracks me up. You need to check out Heather "Fletcher's" blog. She had something similar happen. On days like this I throw my hands in the air and just put on blues clues all day. Stay strong, you'll make it. :)
