Bahumbug!
Last night, Layne and I went and did some Christmas shopping at Toys' R Us. We had a merry 'ol time buying gifts for our boys. When we were done we both hopped in to the car & headed home. Then I realized I left my FAVORITE diaper bag, and stroller just sitting OUTSIDE of the car. That is what being pregnant will do to your brain, ladies you agree??? I thought surely no one would take it, it is Christmas time. We rushed back to Toys' R Us..........
and my stroller and diaper bag (with my WALLET inside) were GONE!!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT!!! We live like 5 minutes away from Toys 'R Us....and in that time some one STOLE IT!!!! Of course I broke down several times last night. Luckily, I got the diaper bag at Last Chance & the stroller off Craigslist....but come on???? Where is the holiday spirit? So if you see a stroller/diaper bag thrown in a ditch around Superstition Mall or Toys' R Us, its mine!!!

I can't believe I am the first to comment on your post. You usually have about 20 comments by the time I read your blog. I am soooooo sorry about that. You would think people would be more honest and that they would have some kind of morals. I guess even at Christmas, people can be evil.
WHAT?! It amazes me how awful people can be....That is seriously HORRIBLE!!! I am so sorry! I hope whomever stole your diaper bag and stroller has Karma that comes back to get them :( I agree though, I am still flighty even after being pregnant it is called "mommy brain", we get it because we are so pre-occupied with everything and everyone else we have to take care of! I hope your day is better today then yesterday!
That sucks. I hope it doesn't bring you more headaches from them having your wallet.
We got them done by Laura Ellingson back in Nov. She did them at her sister in laws house.

Seriously, how can people be so dishonest? That just makes me sick to my stomach to hear about that. C'mon peeps, if you see something lying around that is not yours, you bring it to customer service or something. Hope you are able to get a new stroller and diaper bag. Too bad you got to call the credit card company and all and get all that crud taken care of. That really sucks a big o' fat one.
Katie!!!!!!! I would have cried to! I am sooooo sorry! With every child mommy brain gets worse. I left $60.00 bucks in the atm after I withdrew it last month and I was heart broken! Feel better, I'll be on the lookout for ya! Hey, also I am sending you an invite for my blog. :)
I still can't get over that this happened. That stroller was soo nice and so was the diaper bag!! I am still holding out hope that the person who took it returns it.
I can't tell you how many times something like that has happened to me. Ty thinks he should be incharge of holding my wallet and keys. It's amazing how dishonest people can be?
I went to school with both of them.Is it nice to be closer to this side of town?
Katie when I was prego I left my purse in the cart at babies r us. I got lucky and someone turned it in. but I know about your mind not being there when you are prego?
I'm sorry this happened to you Katie!! :( It makes me so mad how someone can just steal someone else's stuff. My wallet got stolen a couple weeks ago too. Karma will come back around though. We need to get together soon! I haven't seen you in soooo long :(
I'm so sorry! That's just what you needed! I'll keep my eyes open for your diaper bag and stroller though...and if I find the person who took them...they better be ready! :)

Hi! I am so sorry to hear about your stroller and diaper bag, that is pretty ridiculous! I found your blog off of Brooke Nelsons (I play Bunko with her). Anyway, I think you "traded houses" with my friend Lacey. If so, I love your old house and I love your new house!! You both have good taste! Haha, I wish I could move in closer (I am in QC) but I am happy you escaped!

That totally stinks that someone stole that stuff. That is so rude. I am still in shock about it. Come on now. At least the good news is now you have an excuse to buy a new one!!!! Let us know what you purchase. A double stroller would be mighty helpful!!!!
Oh Katie, I would have been sobbing my eyes out!! Not to mention a few choice words would have come out of my mouth. What goes around comes around, who ever stole it will get it back to them some day! On a lighter note, I love your christmas cards, they are darling. Thanks for the address, I'll get one of mine in the mail ASAP. Enjoy the season and try not to think about it. Love you!
Oh my gosh Katie. I'm so sorry! I could cry for you! I feel the same way-the entire year. I don't get how people can take things that aren't theirs. It's beyond belief, and bugs. Of course you found that bag at LC....I never find things like that when go! I'll knock someone out if I see them with your combo-bag/stroller. My eyes are peeled!

Oh my gosh thats horrible that someone took those things!! I hope someone finds them and gets a hold of you. I wish people wouldnt do that. I cant even begin to say how many things I have left at stores and someone taking them within min of me leaving it.
That is absolutely horrible. I am litteraly sick to my stomach.

I feel so bad for you Kaite. I have forgotten things outside my car, ran over my cell phone, etc...it really happens to everyone. That's sad that someone would do that though:( Hope you have a great Christmas besides all of that.
We need an update please. What are you doing this weekend. I have an extra PPB diaper bag, that I will give you.
That is SO sad! Man, that stinks. They were such nice things too. I want to get one of those diaper bags. They are so nice.
