This year before our annual beach trip with the Peterson cousins, our little family went up a couple days early. We stayed in a trailer in a really nice trailer park. Yes, a nice trailer park really does exist, in Newport Beach, Layne assured me many times. We had a lot of fun. We took the kids to LegoLand. I forgot my camera, but here are some that Layne snapped with his phone.

Spring Break
For Spring Break we headed up North with the Peterson's to Pinetop. Papa George rented a cabin for us all to stay and play in. Here is a big group picture, minus Amy & I. One day we went sledding down an enormous, snow covered hill. It even started snowing on us, the kids first time being in a snow storm. After sledding we drove to this quaint, little cafe. It had the most delicious food and even better atmosphere. We sat there and gobbled up our homemade meals while the snow silently fell to the ground outside the window.
When the kids weren't playing outside in the snow, we kept them busy with marshmallow crafts, movies, hot chocolate, and even a fun St. Patrick's day meal.
Thank you to the Peterson's, we made memories we will never forget!

Caleb's 7th Birthday
On February 4th my baby boy turned 7. Its funny, when he was a little baby I used to think 7 was old. Now I think he is still so young. Caleb is such a big helper. He is always on the look out for his younger brothers and sister. He has a heart of gold and is really sensitive to others feelings and needs. He wanted to have an army party. I ordered t-shirts and dog tags from an army surplus store. His friends came over and ate pizza, ran through an obstacle course, played pin the tank, broke a pinata and of course had cake and ice cream.
Caleb is in first grade now and rides the bus to and from school. For the first 6 months, I was controlling and wanted to take/pick him up from school. That got really old especially because I had to wake up two sleeping toddlers every day. Never wake a sleeping baby. He loves riding the bus and loves to walk home from the bus stop. The other day I went to pick him up from the bus stop(its right down the street from our house) and he was too cool for me! I was so sad. He wanted to walk. My little baby is growing up! Oh how I love that blonde hair, blue eyed little boy!!

Christmas 2009
We had a great Christmas. Santa spoiled the kids for sure! We opened presents at our house, then went to the Stauffer's for some more wrapping paper shredding!
As you can see by this picture Brinkley woke up on Christmas morning with a fever. Poor little thing. She was not happy!
Here are the pictures from our house. What is a Christmas with out a good 'ol garment shot? Sorry hun!
Santa's biggest surprise was a new puppy the kids named Poppy. The kids loved every minute of the season & so did I!
2009 Randoms
I am still just playing catch up. Here goes:
Caleb started first grade. I can't believe my baby is going to be away from me all day. I worry about him eating lunch at school. I worry about who is going to open up his juice box? I just want to shield him from the "real" world for as long as I can! Then I realize I have 3 other kids at home still. I just want to freeze time!We decided to move to south gilbert a couple months after Caleb started school. We live with in walking distance of the new Temple. We love our new house. Here are a couple pics I had on my computer. My dearest friend Barbie helped me decorate. She is amazing, if any one needs an interior designer, I highly recommend her!! She is very good and very affordable.
This is the view of the beautiful trees out our back patio.
I need to take some more pictures especially of our bedroom. I love it!
