Part of our daily ROUTINE is to go swimming every morning at 10:00 am, while Brody & Brinkley are sleeping. This gets the boys out of the house & away from the TV. Carter was jumping off the waterfall, floaties and all (even though he doesn't need them), when he started SCREAMING. I thought he said an ANT was on him, turns out it was a BEE & it stung him twice in the foot.
So that makes 3, three times he has been stung by a bee this week. Ouch!
He screamed like he was dying for a couple minutes, then he was fine. What a tough boy!
Later on that afternoon everything was QUIET, too QUIET & every mom with a toddler knows that is not good. I bounded upstairs to find this:
Brody had found my stash of tissue paper hidden under my bed.
He was having a blast.
When he saw me taking pics of him, he had to run over to try & grab the camera, yikes!

Hey! We missed you yesterday at Logan's party!! It was good to see Layne and the kids though. This post is so funny because I have totally already learned that when Logan is being quiet it means trouble!!

Ahhh poor Carter!! Getting stung 3 times is a lot. Do you guys have a bee problem? Too cute about Brody and the tissue paper..I can't wait to kiss him tonight!!

Poor Carter! 3 times?! And Brody, so sweet! That actually looks a like a fun way to entertain a toddler (if you don't mind missing out on some tissue paper). You are such a cute Mom!

poor guy. good thing he's not allergic. I know all too well as well, when it's too quiet in the house, it definatley means trouble. I one time found that coltin had taken a brand new ting of baby powder and dumped it all out across the entore family room. hehe. Poor guy! Those are pretty painful...and as for the tissue paper. What else to keep a little guy busy. That is funny! Isn't it funny how we buy them toys and the simplest things are what are more fun...the things that are NOT toys. Too funny!
HA HA! That is too funny about Brody! I think that happens in our house all too often!! SO sad about Carter! He is a tough guy though!!!
I can't believe Carter has been stung that many times...ouch!! Brody looks so cute in those pics and him and Bradock must be twins because that too is the stash Bradock loves to go for...tissue paper is so much more fun to play with than their toys.
